How long will it take to receive my order?

We process all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days, while our Express shipping option gets your order to you in 2–3 business days. During busy seasons — like holiday gifting periods — please allow a little extra time. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow along every step of the way.

What is your return and refund policy?

We want you to love everything you receive from Drift. If something isn't quite right, you're welcome to return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Because we prioritize the safety and hygiene of all our little customers, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. To start a return, simply email us at hello@driftbaby.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

What materials are Drift's clothes made from?

Every piece in the Drift collection is crafted with your baby's delicate skin in mind. We use 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton as our primary fabric — it's breathable, hypoallergenic, and wonderfully soft against sensitive skin. All of our dyes and finishes are free from harmful chemicals, AZO dyes, and harsh synthetic treatments. We rigorously test our fabrics to meet the highest safety standards, because we believe the clothes closest to your baby should be the safest thing in the room.

How do I choose the right size for my baby?

Babies grow at their own beautiful pace, which is why we design our clothing with a slightly relaxed, generous fit — giving your little one room to move, stretch, and grow. Our sizes are labeled by age range (0–3M, 3–6M, 6–12M, 12–18M, and 18–24M), but we always recommend checking our detailed size guide found on every product page, which includes weight and height measurements for the most accurate fit. When in doubt, we suggest sizing up — babies grow faster than we expect, and a slightly roomier fit means more wear out of each piece.

Are Drift clothes safe for babies with sensitive skin or eczema?

Absolutely. Drift was built with sensitive skin at the forefront of every design decision. Our organic cotton is naturally hypoallergenic and free from synthetic irritants, making it a gentle choice for babies prone to eczema, rashes, or skin sensitivities. We also avoid rough seams and scratchy labels — many of our pieces feature flat-lock stitching and printed interior labels so there's nothing to irritate tender skin. As always, we recommend washing new garments before the first wear using a gentle, fragrance-free detergent.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods to make checkout as easy as possible. These include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer Shop Pay Installments, which lets you split your purchase into four interest-free payments — a great option when you're stocking up on essentials for a new arrival or shopping for a gift.

Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing it?

We move quickly to get your order packed and on its way! If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us at hello@driftbaby.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate the request. Once an order has been picked, packed, or handed to our shipping carrier, we're unable to make modifications — but our returns process is always here as a backup if needed.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Yes — and we love being part of the celebration! At checkout, you'll find the option to add complimentary gift wrapping in Drift's signature tissue paper and kraft box, along with a handwritten gift message at no extra charge. Whether you're welcoming a new baby, celebrating a first birthday, or simply spoiling someone you love, we'll make sure your gift arrives looking as special as it feels. Just select the gift option at checkout and enter your message in the notes field.
